Hi!

I’m Erin

A smiling woman with long, light brown hair in a floral black dress with long sleeves, sitting on a wooden bench outdoors on a sunny day, with a black metal railing and blurred cityscape in the background.

I’m a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, based in Raleigh, NC, working with individuals and couples locally and virtually throughout North Carolina.

Your story matters to me, and I’m honored to be invited into it. At the heart of my work is the belief that therapy is a relationship—one built on trust, honesty, curiosity, and the desire to work together to build the life that you want.

My style is warm, direct, and collaborative. I’ll listen closely, ask questions, offer an honest perspective, and thoughtfully challenge you when I believe it could help. I want therapy to feel like a place where you can exhale and be fully yourself, while also having someone in your corner who is willing to walk through hard conversations together.

I believe meaningful change happens through connection—with yourself, with others, and within the therapy relationship. Together, we’ll explore your story, the experiences that have shaped you, and the patterns that may be keeping you stuck. We’ll make space for what’s hard, get curious about what’s underneath it, and work toward what you want to be different.

Ultimately, I want therapy to be a place where you feel both deeply supported and genuinely challenged. A place where you can be vulnerable without judgment, have honest conversations without shame, and begin to see new possibilities for yourself and your relationships.

I’m affirming of all genders and sexualities. I strive to create a space where you feel empowered to show up fully as yourself and build the life and relationships that feel most meaningful to you.

You don’t have to figure it all out before you walk through the door.

We’ll start where you are.
