A Modern, Relational Approach to Therapy.

Authenticity

You can’t ask someone to be real with you if you aren’t willing to be real with them. My approach is human first and rooted in your story: the experiences that shaped you, the meaning you’ve made from them, and the ways that story continues to show up in your life and relationships.

Change

Change doesn’t have to mean becoming someone new. It can mean finally becoming more yourself. I’ll help you slow down enough to understand what’s happening beneath the surface—and challenge you when staying the same is no longer working.

Relationships

The therapeutic relationship relationship requires honesty, trust, curiosity, and a willingness to be real. The relationship that we create, has shown to be the most important predictor in positive outcomes in the therapeutic process.

REDEFINING what it means to go to therapy

The first step can feel vulnerable. You don’t have to have it all figured out.
