Individual Therapy
A typical individual session therapy session is a 50 minute sessions either in person or virtual. I believe in an integrative approach to therapy, meaning I draw from several evidence based therapeutic approaches and thoughtfully blend them based on what will be most helpful for you. No two people are the same, and therapy shouldn’t be one-size-fits-all.

What if anxiety wasn't in the driver's seat?
Anxiety can quietly shape the way we think, feel, and show up in the world. Therapy offers a space to slow down, understand these patterns, and begin to relate to anxiety differently. The goal isn't to never feel anxious again. It's to reach a place where anxiety no longer calls the shots — where you have more room to trust yourself, connect with others, and make choices that reflect the life you want to live.
-
Where do you turn when this isn't how you imagined it?
Whether you're navigating the emotional weight of trying to conceive, adjusting to pregnancy, processing a difficult birth experience, or finding your footing in the transition to parenthood, you deserve a space where your story is valued and your feelings get to be held. Therapy offers a compassionate, nonjudgmental space to process what you're carrying, make sense of the changes unfolding around you, and reconnect with yourself amid the uncertainty. Through personalized, evidence-based care, you'll have support in navigating the challenges of this chapter, building self-compassion, and finding steadiness in the midst of change.

When the past follows you into the present, where do you begin?
Trauma can affect much more than how you remember an experience. It can shape how you relate to yourself, your relationships, your sense of safety, and the way you respond to everyday life. You may understand what happened, yet still feel its impact in ways that are difficult to explain. herapy offers a space to make sense of those patterns without judgment or pressure.

Who are you when you stop trying to get it all right?
There is often an unspoken expectation that women, should be able to hold it all. The family, the career, the relationships, the emotional needs of everyone around them. And somewhere along the way, it can become easy to lose sight of yourself. I work with women who are ready to reconnect with the parts of themselves that may have been pushed aside. For some, that means navigating the identity shift that comes with motherhood. For others, it may mean creating healthier boundaries, working through relationship challenges, managing anxiety, or simply asking, Is this the life I want?
